    Orthopedic Workshop

    This project works with professionals and modern scientific technology to supply assistive devices for people with locomotors disability. The project reaches people with disabilities through camps and referrals. This project involves assessment and casting for aids and appliances as per recommendations by the therapist and orthopedic doctor. It also involves the department purchase of necessary materials and manufacturing. And finally it provides the finished device trial and provision to the beneficiaries with appropriate gait training; and demonstration for maintenance to ensure the long lasting and effective use of the aids and appliances.
